1. Principal kind of services
1.1. Servicing of the arriving passengers:
- Meeting the passengers at the aircraft ladder
- Delivery of the passengers and their luggage to the VIP sector
- Organization of passing the passport control and customs inspection in the VIP sector
- Providing with the comfortable premises for meetings, conferences, negotiations1.2. Servicing of the departing passengers:
- Meeting the passengers at the VIP sector
- Providing with the places for waiting of the departure
- Organization of passing the safety, customs and passportcontrol by the passengers, their baggage and hand luggage
- Registration of the tickets of the passengers
- Delivery of the passengers, their baggage and hand luggage to the aircraft ladder as well as loading the luggage aboard the aircraft.
Tea, coffee, mineral water and juice are included into the cost of the VIP servicing.2. Cost of the main kinds of servicing
2.1. Cost of servicing one passenger in the principal kind of servicing (p.1)
- for departure and arrival on territory of Ukraine constitutes 500 grivnas in one side, VAT included, for an adult passenger and 400 grivnas, VAT included, for a child from 5 to 12 years old;
- for departure and arrival for limits of territory of Ukraine (near and far abroad) constitutes 600 grivnas in one side, VAT included, for an adult passenger and 500 grivnas, VAT included, for a child from 5 to 12 years old2.1.1. For the passengers being served during the day with return to the point of departure (in the direction “there and back”) the discount is not granted.
2.1.2. If the servicing is terminated due to the reasons not depending on the VIP service as well as if the customer cancels an order opportunely, at least one hour before, he is compensated the amount minus 20%, if the customer didn’t come to the flight and didn’t cancel an order in time he is compensated the paid sum minus 50%.
3. Additional services
3.1. Providing with the comfortable premises for carrying out the meetings, conferences, negotiations.
3.2. Providing the meeting persons with the premises of the VIP sector for waiting for the arriving passengers.
3.3. Transporting the passengers within Donetsk.
3.4. Delivery of the baggage of the arriving passengers within Donetsk.
3.5. Rendering the services of the bar (according to the bar menu).
3.6. Rendering the communication services: phone, fax, internet.
4. Cost of the additional services (p. 3) is paid according to the separate rate.
4.1. Cost of servicing the citizens seeing the passengers off and meeting them constitutes 100 grivnas, VAT included.
4.2. Cost of the lease of the conference hall is 550 grivnas per hour, VAT included.

You may purchase the tickets of "business class" airlines "Donbassaero" and "UTair" into which the cost of the services in the VIP-terminal is included. It is profitable for you since in the given case the discount for the VIP-services is granted.
